Sjoerd van Roekel

Sjoerd van Roekel is an experienced product manager currently working at Glaspoort since March 2023. Previously, Sjoerd spent a decade at KPN, holding various roles including Lead Customer Journey FMC, where the focus was on enhancing customer journeys for fixed and mobile telecommunications. Sjoerd also served as a senior product owner, managing Agile teams, and as a product manager launching new mobile products. Additionally, Sjoerd worked as a channel manager overseeing direct sales for the KPN Business Market. Prior experience includes serving as an account manager at KPN Wholesale, where strong relationships with partners were established. Sjoerd holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
