Shannon Malone has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Shannon started their career at Nordstrom, where they held various management positions and gained valuable training in customer service, branding, merchandising, and employee management. Shannon then worked at Urban Outfitters as a Store Manager, District Training Manager, and General/Area Manager, overseeing store operations, sales, budgets, and staff development. Shannon later joined Kitson LA as a Store Operations Project Manager, where they implemented policies, strategies, and marketing initiatives. Shannon then worked at BCBG Max Azria as a Retail Operations Systems Manager, where they managed internal plans for projects and automated in-store processes. Shannon also worked at Z Gallerie as a Retail Operations Contractor, advising business leaders on leveraging technology and retail operations. Most recently, Shannon worked at DIFF Eyewear as the Director of Retail & Omnichannel Operations, disrupting the eyewear industry by offering affordable designer sunglasses and eyeglasses while being transparently charitable. Shannon is currently a Special Project Manager at Glass House Brands Inc.
Shannon Malone completed their education history with a Master Certificate Program from Cannabis Training University in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, and Management from FIDM in 2001. Before that, they earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Santa Barbara City College in 1998. Shannon's education journey began with a High School Diploma from Saint Francis High School in 1995.
