Jason Wartman

Jason Wartman joined Glass Lewis in January 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. He brings extensive expertise in global strategy, financial planning and operations, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. Jason most recently served as Vice President of Finance for Cerner Corporation, a global leader in healthcare information technology, overseeing all financial operations for the company’s U.S. and international commercial businesses. Prior to his 14-year tenure at Cerner, he spent six years in roles of increasing financial leadership responsibility at Medtronic. Jason began his career in public accounting with the firm of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, where he earned his CPA. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
