Harel Segev

Harel Segev's work experience begins in 1995 when they worked as a System admin & Monitoring team lead at Amdocs. Harel then moved on to work at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Software Pre-sale in 1997, and later joined Amdocs again in 1998 as a System & Monitoring admin for Amdocs-Vodafone UK. In 2000, they started working at HP as a Senior Software Pre-Sale, where they achieved significant sales growth and won a major deal. In 2006, Harel joined Partner comm. (Orange Israel) as a Team Leader, where they improved IT business services availability and won an award for IT Best Solution of the year. In 2010, they joined Amdocs once more, this time as an IT BSM Manager for EMEA, where they managed the full life cycle of IT services delivery and achieved cost reduction and increased customer satisfaction. In 2016, Harel joined Glassbox as a Director of Cloud solution, being responsible for building the company's SAAS solution and later becoming the VP of Cloud solution, overseeing the cloud customers' environments and implementing cost reduction measures.

Harel Segev obtained a CISO degree from Magid Institute for Continuing Education in 2021. Prior to that, they completed an MBA degree in General studies from The College of Management Academic Studies from 2002 to 2005. Furthermore, they hold a BSc degree in Chemical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they earned from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their academic achievements, they also earned the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services in March 2020.
