Zaire Wales

Zaire Wales is an experienced account and customer success manager with a diverse background in client engagement and project management. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Glassbox since December 2021, Zaire previously held the role of Customer Success Manager at both Glassbox and Accredible. At SessionCam, Zaire was instrumental in coordinating the first global deployment for a Tier 1 client and significantly contributed to process automation and user training initiatives. Zaire also engaged with clients as a Strategic Account Executive and Account Executive, fostering relationships and advising on integration strategies. Earlier experience includes managing global pharmaceutical accounts at Ogilvy Health Australia and conducting strategic research as an intern at Apparent. Zaire holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Technology Sydney.
