Jacob Knapp

Jacob Knapp is an experienced professional in go-to-market strategy and customer success, currently serving as Sr Manager of GTM Strategy at Glassdoor since February 2019, where previous roles included Manager of GTM Strategy - Business Operations and Manager of Customer Success Managers.
