Tom Kretz is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate and management consulting, currently serving as Vice President at Glasshouse Realty Group since August 2024. As President of K4 Management Group, LLC since July 2009, Tom specializes in capital and construction project management, management consulting, executive coaching, and strategy planning. Tom founded Berrysville Farms, LLC in December 2008, a successful agricultural operation, and previously held key leadership roles at Irongate Inc. and Berkshire Hathaway HS Professional Realty focused on commercial real estate transactions. Notable entrepreneurial achievements include founding American Pride Self Storage and Advanced Metrology Solutions, which was sold to Hexagon AB in 2008 after becoming the largest worldwide distributor for Sheffield Measurement.
