Sheldon McIntosh

Sheldon McIntosh is an experienced recruitment and talent management professional currently serving as the Director of Executive Search and Interim Management at GlassRatner since November 2025. With a strong background in building enterprise-wide talent strategies, Sheldon previously held the position of Director of Talent at The Vistria Group, where responsibilities included overseeing end-to-end talent management and the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility function. Prior roles encompass recruitment leadership at Stripe and Macquarie Group, where strategic initiatives focused on sourcing diverse talent and enhancing the candidate experience. Early career experience includes HR roles at Barclays and Deutsche Bank, as well as advising students on college and career readiness at Harlem Children's Zone. Sheldon holds a B.A. in Sociology and African and African-American Studies from Penn State University.
