Ian Byrne

Ian Byrne has over 12 years of professional work experience. Ian began their career in 2009 as a Senior Scheduler at the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia. In 2015 they relocated to London to join Cogmotive as a full stack developer. At Cogmotive, they utilized AWS, PHP, PowerShell, C#, MySQL and Elasticsearch. In 2016, they joined Quadrotech as a Senior Software Developer and subject matter expert for Radar Reporting, a SaaS application for Office 365 reporting. During this time they also helped develop Nova, Quadrotech's newest flagship product for O365 reporting and analytics. In 2020, they joined Quest Software as a Software Development Senior Engineer and subject matter expert for the Nova and Radar Reporting SaaS applications. In 2021, they became a Senior Engineer at Bourne Leisure Ltd. Currently, they are a Senior DevOps Engineer at Glasswall.

Ian Byrne has completed four educational programs. From 2018 to 2021, they attended City, University of London, where they earned a Master of Science in Computer Games Technology. From 2005 to 2009, they attended Western Sydney University, where they earned a Bachelor of Communication Studies in Media Production. In 2012, they completed a Certificate IV in Web Development at TAFE NSW. In 2009, they also completed a Certificate II in French at TAFE NSW.
