Erik began their career in 2001 as a Manager at Delta Family Restaurant, where they maintained customer relationships and delegated tasks to staff members. In 2011, they worked as a Flex Spending Account Administrator at HFS Benefits, where they maintained client relationships and processed claims. Erik joined Glatfelter Insurance Group in 2012 as a Pension Administrator, overseeing non-qualified Defined Benefit Pension plans for volunteer firefighters. Erik progressively advanced in the company, taking on roles such as Senior Pension Administrator, Senior Pension Administrator/Trainer, and DB LOSAP Supervisor. Throughout their career, Erik has developed strong administrative and training skills, while also prioritizing client and customer relationships.
