Michelle Gartner has a diverse work experience in various roles related to business intelligence, data analysis, and programming. Michelle started their career in 1999 as a Co-op Programmer at Gnostech Inc, where they gained experience in programming using Visual Basic and creating program user manuals. Michelle then worked as a Co-op Programmer at Educators Mutual Life, where they focused on database manipulation, data transformations, and creating tutorials for Microsoft Word, Excel, and VisualAge for Java.

Michelle was responsible for business intelligence and data warehouse project management, in-depth data analysis and requirement/spec development, data warehouse development using SQL Server Business Intelligence Studio, ETL development for bringing data from other source systems, and report development and enhancements to improve business processes. Michelle also worked on SQL Server 2014 stored procedure, view, and query development.
