Suzanne McConkey, MPA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and leadership. Suzanne started their career as the Business Administrator/Human Resources Director for the City of York in 1997, where they worked until 1999. Suzanne then moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at Lincoln Intermediate Unit from 1999 to 2002. Following this, Suzanne joined York College of Pennsylvania as the Coordinator of Consulting Services from 2002 to 2009. Suzanne then served as the Interim President/ CEO at the Strand Capitol Performing Arts Center from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, Suzanne became the Vice President of Human Resources at PACE Resources, Inc. before moving on to their current role as the Vice President of Human Resources at Glatfelter Insurance Group, a position they have held since 2014. Suzanne McConkey's work experience showcases their expertise and leadership in the field of human resources.
Suzanne McConkey, MPA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies from Bemidji State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Penn State University, specializing in Public Administration. Suzanne completed their MPA program from 1985 to 1986.
