Todd Stoner, CPCU, AIC has over 28 years of experience in the insurance industry. Todd is currently serving as the Vice President of Claim Operations at Glatfelter Insurance Group since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at UPC Insurance as the Vice President and Head of Claims from September 2020 to December 2021, and as the Director of Claims from October 2017 to September 2020. Before joining UPC Insurance, Todd worked at Farmers Insurance for 14 years in various roles, including the East Zone - Property Claims Manager from May 2006 to October 2017, and the Territory Claims Manager for Kansas from October 2003 to May 2006. Todd started their career at Foremost Insurance in 1993 and held positions such as Senior Property Consultant, Claims Supervisor, and Field Claims Representative. Todd Stoner has demonstrated expertise in managing claims operations, team building, project management, and ensuring quality and efficiency in claims processes.
Todd Stoner, CPCU, AIC completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1988 to 1992.
