Andy Redding

Andy Redding has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Glatfelter since October 2012. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, strategic planning, financial consolidation, and revenue analysis. Previous roles include Senior Financial Analyst positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., and Synagro, where tasks involved financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. At Raytheon, contributions as the Finance - EV Tools Lead included budget forecasting and government reporting. Andy began a career in finance as an intern at Johnson & Johnson. A graduate of Penn State University, Andy holds a BS in Finance.
