Jade James, Chartered MCIPD, has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Jade started their career in 2014 at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they initially worked as a Ski Concierge Assistant, providing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Jade then transitioned to the role of Accounts Payable, where they demonstrated strong financial management skills and maintained vendor relationships.

In 2015, Jade joined FDM Group as an HR Assistant and quickly progressed to the position of Senior HR Assistant. Jade excelled in building effective relationships with employees, clients, and other teams. Jade'sresponsibilities included providing HR advice, processing employee documentation, and managing leave records.

Since 2017, Jade has been working at Glatfelter, where they started as an HR Officer before being promoted to the role of HR Business Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Global HR Project Lead. Jade'sexpertise in HR management and project leadership has been invaluable to the company.
