Norbert Mueller

Norbert Mueller has significant work experience in various management roles. Norbert most recently served as the Senior Director Airlaid Operations at Glatfelter, starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they were the General Mill Manager & Managing Director of Glatfelter Steinfurt GmbH from October 2018 to January 2020. Before joining Glatfelter, Norbert worked at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where they held the positions of Leader of Nonwovens Operations NA/EU from January 2018 to September 2018, and Managing Director of GP Steinfurt GmbH from August 2010 to September 2018. Prior to their time at Georgia-Pacific, they were the Production Director and a member of the management board at Hamelin Paperbrands GmbH from October 2005 to July 2010. Norbert began their career at METTEN Stein+Design in June 1999, where they served as the Operations Manager and handled technical management responsibilities until October 2005.

Norbert Mueller completed their education at Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg from 1989 to 1993, earning a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur in the field of Elektrotechnik, Elektronik und Kommunikationstechnik. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Körpersprache für Führungskräfte from LinkedIn.
