Phil Butchers

Phil Butchers has extensive experience in the paper manufacturing industry, currently serving as Manager of Product Performance at Glatfelter since September 2006, with previous roles including Director of Paper Manufacturing and Manager of Product Performance. Prior to Glatfelter, Phil held the position of Manager of Quality Assurance at NewPage Corporation from 2004 to 2006 and served as Q.A. Manager at MeadWestvaco Corporation from 2002 to 2005. Phil began a career at Mead Corporation, where responsibilities included Operations Manager/Superintendent from 1992 to 2000. Educationally, Phil has a degree in Business Management from Ohio University, completed between 1970 and 2000.
