Xuemei Chang

Xuemei Chang has over 20 years of experience in the field of quality assurance and supplier quality management. Xuemei currently works as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at Glaukos Corporation since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson & Johnson Medical (Suzhou) Ltd. as a Supplier Quality Manager from June 2012 to August 2019. Xuemei also has experience as a Quality Assurance Manager at XYTECH Module Technologies from March 2005 to May 2012. Before that, they worked as an SQE at Welco technology (Suzhou) Co.,ltd. from April 2003 to March 2005. Xuemei began their career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at 台达电子 from July 2001 to April 2003. One of their notable roles was their time at Yongjun Precision Machining Company, where they served as a Consultant and Quality Manager. Xuemei developed a risk-based, business fit Quality Management System, achieved ISO 9001 certification, and established a QC Lab. Additionally, they recruited and trained QC engineers and inspectors and supported the company's new product introduction process and business model development.

Xuemei Chang holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Wuhan University of Technology. Xuemei is also a qualified trainer for Failure Investigation courses from the JNJ Supplier Quality Academy. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in October 2017.
