Avinash Vijayan

Avinash Vijayan is the current Director of Global Mobility at GSK, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Avinash served as Vice President of Human Resources Global Mobility at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from March 2016 to April 2023, overseeing Global Mobility Operations across multiple regions including APAC, EMEA, NAMR, and LATAM. Avinash's experience includes managing US benefits and retirement operations as Director of HR Operations at Xerox from May 2014 to February 2016, and holding various leadership roles in HR operations at Xerox Business Services, HP, Wipro BPO, and Tracmail India Pvt Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Motilal Jhunjhunwala College.
