Basak Kurt

Basak Kurt has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Transformation Lead for GSK in the US since November 2019, Basak has also held leadership positions such as Field Vice President and Sales Director in the US Respiratory division. Prior to GSK, ownership of Pamola Retail was held from July 2018 to November 2019. Basak's earlier tenure at GSK from April 2012 to July 2018 included roles as Respiratory Franchise Market Lead for Emerging Markets and Head of Specialty Care, focusing on various business units including Respiratory, Oncology, and Rare Diseases. Basak's career began at Novartis in January 1997, where roles included Head of Sales for Primary Care and various management positions in the respiratory and rheumatologic divisions.
