Daniel Chang

Daniel Chang is an experienced leader in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry, currently serving as the LM MS&T DS/DP WS Lead External at GSK since March 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Samsung BioLogics from August 2013 to March 2021, where Daniel managed manufacturing processes for both single-use and stainless-steel systems, overseeing operations from startup through validation, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards, and leading facility design and technical analyses. At GlaxoSmithKline from January 2002 to July 2013, Daniel led teams in upstream production, focusing on safety and quality in various manufacturing processes. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University, a Project Management Certificate from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Resources Engineering from the University of Maryland.
