Delphine Bettens

Delphine Bettens has extensive experience in information technology and business partnership, currently serving as the IT/Tech Business Partner Director for Technical Services & Engineering at GlaxoSmithKline since 2008. In this role, Delphine leads a team that implements technology solutions for GSK Vaccines using Agile methodologies, achieving key projects such as the transition from Maximo to SAP and the introduction of mobile applications and automation tools. Previous positions at GSK include IT Project Manager for Warehouse Management and IT Project Leader for Clinical Trials, overseeing various projects that enhance operational efficiency and supply chain processes. Prior to GSK, Delphine worked as a Research and Development Engineer in Chemical Fluids at Université libre de Bruxelles, where Delphine also completed a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
