Ervin Rodriguez

Ervin Rodriguez has extensive experience in regulatory data management and organizational leadership, notably serving as Vice President of Regulatory Data Management at GSK from November 2019 to January 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing global records management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to this role, Ervin held positions such as VP, Global Head of RMA - Regulatory R&D at GSK and Vice President of Quality Systems and Data Integrity at the American Society for Training and Development. Additional experience includes leadership roles in training and communications at Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals and Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, as well as operational training management at Intel. Ervin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the Puerto Rico Institute of Psychology.
