Ervin Rodriguez

Ervin Rodriguez has extensive experience in regulatory data management and quality systems, currently serving as Vice President of Regulatory Data Management at GSK since March 2004. In this role, Ervin oversees global records management, archives functions, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior positions at GSK include Global Head of RMA - Regulatory R&D and Vice President of Quality Systems and Data Integrity, where Ervin focused on quality digital strategy and data governance. Ervin's career also includes leadership roles at American Society for Training and Development, Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals, Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, and Intel. Ervin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master's in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the Puerto Rico Institute of Psychology.
