Guillaume Lecroart

Guillaume Lecroart is an experienced engineering and automation professional with a robust background in leading teams and managing projects across various industries. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Belgium Automation at GSK since May 2021, Guillaume previously held multiple leadership roles at Takeda from January 2019 to April 2021, including Automation Lead and Head of Plant Engineering, overseeing an extensive automation team and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Shire, managing engineering teams and automation systems, and at Sika, where Guillaume led program management in Europe and engineering teams. The early career included roles at CMI and an assistant position at Faculté Polytechnique de Mons, where Guillaume earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
