James Duthie

James Duthie currently serves as the Tech & Data Portfolio Director for Mergers Acquisitions & Divestments at GSK, where responsibilities include leading data and technical deliveries for acquisitions, and previously held the position of Senior Project Manager overseeing tech infrastructure changes during the Haleon Divestments. Prior to GSK, James worked as a Programme Manager at IQE, managing a global transformation of manufacturing processes, and as IT and Programme Director at Capita, where leadership encompassed IT function management and major system implementations. James's extensive career also included roles at Eversheds Sutherland, Moog Inc., Vodafone UK, and others, cumulatively directing major programs and transformations across various industries. James holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a BSc from Aston University.
