Karl Ace is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and digital transformation, having served at GSK from June 2006 to December 2023. As Head of Procurement Digital Transformation, Karl led digital initiatives and managed the control tower, while also holding the position of Global Procurement Performance & Strategy Director, where Karl oversaw procurement performance and balanced scorecard implementation. Prior roles included leading respiratory value stream operations and serving as a synthetic organic chemist. Karl holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from The University of Manchester, completed in January 2004.
