Kimberly Palladino

Kimberly Palladino is an experienced professional with over twenty years at GSK, currently serving as Capability Manager, where responsibilities include training, learning, development, and compliance. Previous roles at GSK include Project Director, overseeing Operational Workforce Planning, and Transformation Director, leading the implementation of the GSK Production system in the Biopharmaceutical Supply Chain. Kimberly also contributed to the Philadelphia STEM Equity Collective in multiple capacities, including Collective Backbone Director, where leadership focused on operational effectiveness. Prior experience includes serving as an Environmental/Process Engineer at Rohm & Haas. Kimberly holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Environmental Protection from Villanova University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
