Merve MacIt

Merve Macit is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Country Head of HR for Switzerland and Sweden, as well as Senior HR Business Partner for Commercial at GSK since October 2015. Merve has a proven track record in strategic HR partnership within the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on aligning people strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee experience, and driving organizational growth. Previous roles include Senior Global HR Business Partner for R&D, Regional HR Business Partner for Commercial in the Gulf & Near East, and Regional Employee Relations Manager across multiple regions. Merve holds a Master of Science in International HR Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Hacettepe University, complemented by international experience at the University of Montpellier.
