Tom Bailey

Tom Bailey has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, having held key positions at leading pharmaceutical companies. At GSK, Tom served as Senior Director for both External Manufacturing Procurement and Indirect Procurement from September 2019 to February 2024. Prior to GSK, Tom was with Pfizer for nearly a decade, where roles included Procurement Director for External Supply and Director of Indirect Procurement, among others. Tom began his career at Johnson & Johnson as a Strategic Sourcing Consultant. Tom holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University.
