Glaxtons Consulting is a specialist bid management and procurement consultancy that helps businesses win high-value public and private sector contracts.

Founded byRichmond Gordon and Jean-Pascal Olivier, we combine deep procurement expertise with AI-powered business development to deliver measurable results for our clients. Our team has supported winning bids across construction, defence, facilities management, logistics, healthcare, education and technology sectors.

What we do:

Bid Writing and Tender Management: End-to-end support from PQQ/SQ through to ITT submission. We write compelling, compliant responses that score highly against evaluation criteria.

Procurement Strategy and Compliance: Navigate complex frameworks including Crown Commercial Service agreements such as CWAS3 (RM6320), ProCure, and DPS arrangements with confidence.

Business Development and Lead Generation: AI-enhanced pipeline building that identifies and qualifies opportunities before your competitors see them.

Bid Training and Capability Building: Upskill your in-house team to write winning tenders independently.

Our clients include organisations across construction, logistics, FM, defence, healthcare, and tech. We have a proven track record of helping SMEs and mid-market businesses secure contracts ranging from six to eight figures.

Currently ranked #1 on Google for CWAS3 bid support, Glaxtons is the go-to consultancy for organisations preparing tenders under the Construction Works and Associated Services 3 framework.

Whether you need a full bid management service, a compliance review before submission, or strategic guidance on which frameworks to target, we deliver results.
