GLDN is a direct-to-customer online jewelry company. We make our jewelry in house, to order and leverage technology and systems to be able to adapt to change and allow our employees to spend more time doing the parts they love! Because of this philosophy, we are able to provide personal, scalable customization. At GLDN, we're not just here to look good, we're here to do good. We believe change starts with caring. We take care of our customers, work family, business partners and those in need in our local and global community. We give back 10% of our profits from GLDN.com and 10 hours of employee time per year to causes we believe in. Our purpose is to empower people through craft, by bringing jobs and economic development to communities that need them, providing opportunity, training and support to our employees and giving our customers the ability to create personal jewelry at an affordable price. We’re here to establish a new standard for awesome - because “luxury” is so last century. We believe customers should get the same top quality and exceptional service expected with luxury goods, but without the facades and inflated prices. And that everyone behind the scenes should be happy too. We define this new standard with 5 GLDN Rules... 1. Details should be personal- One size doesn’t fit all, so we empower you with options to customize your details. 2. Accessibility, not exclusivity- We skip all the middlemen, so you get the best value. 3. Wear it with pride- We’re working on full traceability of what goes into each piece and who makes it so you can feel good about where it came from. 4. Everyone should win- Our goal is a net positive impact in every aspect of our business. 5. It's beautiful- Our pieces are timeless, versatile staples you can enjoy every day.
