Leah Alcaraz

Leah Alcaraz serves as a Senior GTM Recruiter at Glean since April 2024, marking the inaugural hire for the Senior GTM Recruitment role to establish and expand the GTM function. Previously, Leah was a Senior Talent Partner at Culture Amp from October 2019 to April 2024, focusing on sales recruitment across various domains and supporting teams in North America and APAC. Additional contributions at Culture Amp include serving on the WoCA ERG Board in 2023 and temporarily assuming a role as a Customer Success Coach during COVID. Leah's earlier experience includes positions at Lyft, Checkr, CIEE, Cal Alumni Association, and Target, coupled with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Saint Mary's College of California, where Leah was recognized with Psi Chi Honors.
