Pooja Ahuja

Pooja Ahuja is a Machine Learning Engineer currently working at ServiceNow and Glean, focusing on LLM for Search and Natural Language Understanding for Search & Intelligence, respectively. Previous experience includes roles at Aruba, where research was conducted on deep learning approaches for network device classification, and Chewy, where innovative recommendation strategies and a machine learning model for automated pricing were developed. Ahuja also served as a founding engineer at JASK, where significant advancements in neural network modeling and anomaly detection were achieved.
