Roxanne McCool

Roxanne McCool is a seasoned sales professional with a comprehensive background in corporate sales and enablement. Currently serving as the Director of Sales, Corporate at Glean since May 2025, Roxanne previously held a variety of positions at HubSpot from May 2015 to May 2025, including Corporate Sales Manager and several roles focused on sales productivity and enablement. Notable achievements include being recognized in the 2019 President's Club and receiving multiple Sales Engineering Performance Awards while serving as a Corporate Account Executive and Senior Sales Engineer. Earlier experience includes positions at Emma, Inc. as a Sales Engineer and Software Developer, and Music City Networks as a Production Assistant. Roxanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Web Application Development and Business from Lipscomb University.
