Xinyu Zhao

Xinyu Zhao has a range of experience in various roles and companies. Xinyu started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Auburn University in August 2011. They then transitioned to become a Research Assistant in January 2012, where they worked until December 2016. In 2017, Xinyu joined Quora as a Machine Learning Engineer and held this position until December 2019. In January 2020, Xinyu was promoted to the role of Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Quora. Most recently, Xinyu has accepted a position as a Software Engineer at Glean, starting in June 2023.

Xinyu Zhao pursued higher education in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering. From 2011 to 2012, they completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree at Auburn University. Following that, they continued their academic journey at Auburn University and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from 2012 to 2016.
