Mel Poulter

Mel Poulter has accumulated extensive recruitment experience, currently serving as the Managing Director at Gleeson Recruitment Group since September 2014, where previous roles included Divisional Director, Divisional Manager, and Business Partner. Prior to this, Mel held the position of Business Manager at Robert Half from April 2013 to September 2014 and was the Business Development Manager at Kudos Blends from April 2011 to November 2012. Additionally, Mel served as Divisional Manager at Robert Half International from 2002 to 2011. Education was completed at Lacon Childe School.
