Jakub Buga

Jakub Buga is the founder and CEO of Gleevery, where they reimagine how businesses and individuals access equipment through flexible rental models that support the circular economy. They have led Gleevery since 2021. They previously co-founded PilkaNaHali.pl and served as Founder & CEO from 2012 to 2022, building the largest marketplace in their region for organizing amateur team sports, with around 100 corporate clients and nearly 20,000 individual players, who participate in over 600 trainings monthly. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Danone (2011–2012) and as a Scouting Manager at bValue.vc (2016–2017). Their work includes partnerships with brands such as Media Expert, x-kom, Romet, VISA and Żabka, and collaboration with Benefit Systems to co-fund workplace wellbeing, reflecting more than a decade of experience at the intersection of innovation, technology, and sustainability.
