Sophie Damianoff

Sophie Damianoff is a dedicated Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and previously as a Human Resources Coordinator at Glen Dimplex Americas since December 2021. In addition to HR expertise, Sophie is the owner of Top Knot Knitting Co., a small business focused on handcrafted knitwear launched on Etsy, aiming to benefit the local community. Prior HR positions include Human Resources Associate at Sandra Piccoli and Associates and Smart Serve Facilitator at Walmart, where Sophie implemented training programs to promote responsible service and employee performance. An education in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph complements Sophie's professional experience.
