Aisling Hughes has extensive experience in project management and program management. Aisling has worked in various companies and industries throughout their career.

In their most recent role as the Head of IT PMO/Programme Manager at Glen Dimplex, Aisling was responsible for setting up the PMO office and implementing processes and practices for Group IT. Aisling worked with multiple workstreams to ensure project deliverable quality and gained executive approval for program phases. Aisling also focused on supporting and ensuring project quality by providing templates, conducting gate reviews, and reviewing project documentation.

Earlier in their career, Aisling had various roles at SanDisk, FileNet, TRADOS GmbH, and Cadence Design Systems. These roles included project management, inventory and transactions management, senior forecasting and planning analysis, vendor management, order management, and fulfilment supervision.

Aisling Hughes obtained a Bachelor's Degree from University College Dublin between 1997 and 2000. In 2011, they completed a Fetac Level 6 Project Management (PMI) course from Project Management (PMI) Professional Development. Additionally, Aisling obtained Agile Project Management - Foundation & Practitioner certification from APMG International in 2016.
