Kathryn Porter

Kathryn Porter, or “Kat,” serves as Creative Project Manager at Glen Echo Group. Kat is responsible for overseeing the creative department workflow, streamlining communication, and directing creative deliverables across the agency.

Prior to joining Glen Echo, Kat worked at communication agencies in both Washington, D.C., and in Dubai, UAE, in account service and digital project management roles. Kat graduated with a BA in Public Relations & Advertising from Penn State University, and a MEd from George Mason University.

Kat currently resides south of D.C. in Fredericksburg, Virginia, with her husband, children, and an abundance of furry friends. In her spare time, Kat is a member of the Fredericksburg Downtown Dolls, a nonprofit organization focused on community outreach and charitable events.
