Michelle Forrest

Michelle Forrest has extensive experience in the field of human resources and organisational development, currently serving as Coordinator People and Partnerships at Glen Eira City Council since November 2016. Previous roles at Glen Eira City Council include Coordinator Organisation Development and Partnerships, HR Business Partner, and Learning & Organisational Development Advisor. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at Kingston City Council from September 2013 to November 2016, focusing on employee engagement and leadership development. Earlier experience at Bayside City Council as an Organisational Development Project Officer involved learning and development, policy development, and organisational improvement. Michelle holds a Master of Organisational Leadership and a Bachelor of Social and Community Welfare from Monash University, along with a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from MRWED Training & Assessment.
