James Bucki

James Bucki has a diverse professional background, currently serving in Program Management & Strategy at Glen Lake Pioneering since June 2023 and co-founding Voyager Cider, where Bucki also works as a Cidermaker. Prior experience includes positions at Affirm as a Program Manager in Fraud Operations, and at PNC in several roles, including Workforce Management Leader and Senior Contact Center Strategist, where significant contributions were made to workforce management and quality improvement initiatives. Bucki's earlier career included roles in education as a Choral Director at Salamanca City Schools and as a teacher, along with experience in sales and customer service at Walmart. Educationally, Bucki holds an MBA focusing on Entrepreneurship from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from SUNY Potsdam.
