John Falkner

John Falkner has had a progressive career in talent acquisition and recruitment. John currently works as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Glen Raven, where they focus on enhancing life for global consumers through innovative fabric-based solutions. In their role at Old Dominion Freight Line, John was responsible for the overall national recruiting strategy, managing job fairs, and collaborating with marketing to enhance the company's employment brand. John also worked as a Corporate Recruiter, handling full-cycle recruitment for IT, finance, and management roles. Prior to that, John served as an On Site Manager at PDS Tech, Inc., where they managed HR activities and relationships between the company and Honda Aircraft and HAECO. John started their career as a Recruiter at Graham Personnel Services, specializing in the Light Industrial Division. At The Action Group Human Resources Solutions, they gained experience in recruiting for various industries and positions, as well as payroll processing and business development.

John Falkner obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Barton College, where they studied Business from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification in Managing as a Coach from Coursera in October 2019.
