Paige Mullis Enochs has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 1991, they worked at Glen Raven, where they served as a Junior Stylist, developing new textile designs for various product lines. Paige was later promoted to Stylist, where they continued designing and representing the industry in trend presentations. Paige then took on the role of Visual Merchandising Manager, responsible for trade show presence and brand development. Additionally, they worked as a Marine Design Specialist, creating design packages for marine manufacturers. As the Director of Corporate Vision Development, Paige led the organization in developing a new vision statement that engaged employees worldwide. Paige also served as the Director of the Business of Color and Trends at the Marine Design Resource Alliance, where they reported design, color, and trend information for the marine industry. In their most recent role, they became the Director of Concept Development and Concept Gallery Curator at Glen Raven, leading innovation initiatives for the company. Furthermore, Paige currently holds positions at Advanced Textiles Association as the Chairperson of the Emerging Technologies Division and at Elon University, where they serve as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Doherty Center of Innovation. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering innovation, creativity, and growth in various industries.

Paige Mullis Enochs pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Merchandising/Marketing from Appalachian State University, which they completed from 1986 to 1991. Afterwards, they attended UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School for a brief period in 2010, the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2012 and 2013, and Stanford University in 2014 and 2015. At Stanford University, Paige focused on Design Thinking and Innovation, completing a program in the latter. Currently, they are working towards a Master of Arts degree in International/Global Studies-Communications from King's College London, which they expect to receive in 2024.
