Vin Parrott

Vin Parrott has over 20 years of work experience in various legal roles. Vin most recently worked at Glen Raven as Corporate Counsel, starting in 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Umicore USA Inc., where they served as a Staff Attorney from 2015 to 2017. At Umicore, they provided in-house legal support and managed outside counsel for litigation matters. Before Umicore, Parrott worked as a Contract Attorney at Special Counsel from 2015 to 2015, and again from 2014 to 2014, where they supported in-house counsel with commercial transactions and reviewed and drafted contracts. Vin also worked at Dex Media, Inc. from 2005 to 2013, serving as Director - Senior Attorney and providing legal advice and risk management counseling. Parrott began their legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Orange County District Attorney's Office in 2004, and then moved on to the Forsyth County District Attorney's Office from 1998 to 2004, where they prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases. Vin also worked as a Contract Attorney at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP from 1995 to 1998, managing a team of paralegals and reviewing and producing legal documents.

Vin Parrott attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration. Subsequently, they enrolled in the University of North Carolina School of Law from 1991 to 1994, earning a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree in Law.
