Guy Butler

Guy Butler is a seasoned property development professional with extensive experience in delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use projects. Currently serving as Director at Glenbrook since January 2015, Guy is responsible for the development of 1,757 new homes across multiple sites, with over 2,000 homes in the pipeline throughout major UK cities. Previously, from September 1999 to December 2014, Guy held the role of Director at Grosvenor Group, concluding with a significant mixed-use development in Mayfair, London. Earlier career experiences include working as a Surveyor at Turnberry Consulting Limited and as a Graduate Surveyor at NAI Fuller Peiser. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Land Management and Development from the University of Reading, a Dip Prop Inv from Cass Business School, and completion of the Arkle Course at IMD.
