Justin Smidt

Justin Smidt is an experienced professional in golf course management, currently serving as Assistant Superintendent at The Glencoe Golf & Country Club since April 2016. Previously, Justin held positions as Assistant in Training and Student Intern at the same club, gaining valuable experience in turf care and maintenance. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Team Lead and Curling Instructor with the Rocks & Rings program, promoting curling in schools across Canada. Earlier experience includes extensive turf care at Sussex Golf & Curling Club from 2007 to 2012. Justin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Golf Course Management and Turfgrass Management from Olds College and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and English from Mount Allison University.
