Kirk Myers is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Multi Unit Executive Chef at The Glencoe Golf & Country Club since February 2023, Kirk previously held the position of Multi-unit Executive Chef at Pursuit Collection, overseeing Banff's top restaurants, Sky Bistro and Northern Lights Alpine Kitchen. Prior to that, Kirk managed Moxie's Grill & Bar as General Manager and worked as Executive Chef at Service Inspired Restaurants. Notable positions also include Executive Chef at Taste of Jamaica Fusion Restaurant and Chef de Cuisine at Disney Cruise Line. Additionally, Kirk's experience encompasses roles at Beaches Ocho Rios Resort and Secrets Resorts & Spas. Educationally, Kirk earned a culinary arts degree from The Culinary Institute of America and studied at the University of Technology in Jamaica.
