Chris Anderson

Chris Anderson, PhD, is a Senior Metallurgist at Glencore Technology, responsible for leading innovations and continuous improvements for Jameson Cell technology since March 2022. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at Hatch from May 2008 to March 2022, culminating as a Process Engineering Specialist, where responsibilities included process development, project supervision, and coaching engineers. Chris also contributed to coal and various mineral projects as a Senior Process Engineer during this tenure. Earlier experiences include a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, where research focused on a novel flotation cell, and a vacation trainee role at Anglo Platinum. Chris holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town as well.
