Alain Bilodeau

Alain Bilodeau is a retired professional with extensive experience in the mining and metals industry. They began their career at Pacific Precious Metals as Operations Manager, where they oversaw the design and start-up of a recycling and precious metals plant. Alain then held various managerial roles at Noranda, including Six Sigma Champion and Manager of Precious Metals and By-Products, culminating in their position as Manager of Maintenance & Engineering at Glencore, where they led a team of 175 employees. Throughout their career, Alain focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency, utilizing Six Sigma and LEAN principles.
